How do I book a party?

When can I have the party?
Anytime you want. We can get together and both check our shedules, pick out the prefect date and go from there!

Where can I have the party?
While most parties are held at a home, they can also be held in hotel rooms, banquet halls, or any other private location. I also have a local uptown bar offering their private room for my parties any week night. All that is asked is that you purchase their appetizers for you party. And tip the server. ;)

What occasion is best to have a party?
Most of our parties are held “just for the fun of it.” Some are themed parties, or are to celebrate special events, such as: bachelorette parties, anniversaries, birthdays, job promotions, holiday parties and even themed parties. We can get together and design a theme just for your party! The possibilities are endless!

Does it cost anything to host a party?
No. You might want to serve some light snacks and drinks, but there is no cost to actually have a Brown Bag party consultant perform a party for you.

Who do I invite and how are they invited?
Invite anyone you’d like, over 18 years old such as friends, family, co-workers etc. The more you invite, the greater your free shopping spree will be! I will handle all the inviting on your behalf if you ask. Simply supply me with address and/or email addresses and I’ll take care of everything. You will be asked to follow up with a phone call to each person invited to confirm. You will need to over invite to ensure a good turnout. Remember, I treat these parties as my business and this serves as my main source of income, so I ask you encourage as many people to attend as possible.

Do I personally have to sell or buy anything?
No.

How long does a party take?
Most parties last about 2 hours. It is advisable to discuss this with your consultant prior to date of the party. It also depends on the night of the week and location of the party.

Who actually shows & sells the products?
I will. As A certified Brown Bag Party Representative, I will do all of this for you. I will bring samples to show at party. I’ll also process all the payments and orders. Note: Most consultants do not carry inventory, but do have items for prizes, games and contests.

Is there a minimum amount my party has to generate?
No. But in order to receive free products for being a host, your party has to reach at least $250 in retail sales.

Will anyone be able to see what I order?
No. Only I will know, and I do this for a living and I’ve seen it all! All the orders are processed in a private room, away from other people at the party. All orders are strictly confidential and private. We also promise never to sell or give away any of your information to any one for any reason.

When do we get the products we ordered?
Normally, we ship FedEx ground. This takes between 1 and 5 days, depending on where you live. We also offer 2-day air through FedEx, which costs a bit more but has a guaranteed delivery of 2 to 3 days after we receive the order from your consultant.

How much does ground shipping cost?
The shipping costs depend on the retail value of your order. Our catalogs list our current shipping pricing.

How are the products packaged? Just as our name says, in Brown Bags! Each item is safely wrapped and then placed in a brown paper bag. It is then shipped in a common brown shipping box. The return address only lists our corporate address and the words “Shipping Center”. If the items are shipping directly to you, then all the products are carefully wrapped in a brown box.
